I have worn out a few pairs of shoes, but having the chance to talk to so many of the citizens of this district has been a real honor.<br /><br />The discussions I have had on your doorsteps and in your living rooms are something you can't get from letters, emails, or townhalls. Coming to you, whether you are a supporter or not, and having a real conversation about the issues affecting your lives is something that cannot be replicated.<br /><br />One common attribute I have found through these visits is the remarkable strength of the district. I truly believe we have the most talented, hard-working citizens in the entire state living here, and my job is to make sure the state government gets out of your way so you can continue to grow Wisconsin.<br /><br />Thank you again to everyone who has taken the time to speak to me over the past year. If I haven't had a chance to make it to your neighborhood yet, don't worry.
